The Duel
I have been challenged to a duel. Well, what can I say but En Garde! I accept the challenge.
However I feel duty-bound to point out that if the Scarlet Teapot was still in Tasmania I might have considered a complaint under section 81(2) of the Tasmanian Criminal Code (the "Code"), to wit: "Any person who challenges another to fight a duel, or provokes another to fight or to challenge another to fight a duel, is guilty of a crime". As he is not we would be sure to be mired in arguments over jurisdiction. I will note however that it could be argued that the Blog Adjudicator appears guilty under the aforementioned section and is in fact in Tasmania, should any Crown Counsel be reading this.
I of course have the right not to incriminate myself so I shouldn't mention section 81(1) of the Code, to wit: "Any person who takes part in a duel is guilty of a crime".
(Hopefully none of us are guilty under section 122 of the Code.)

Is there any evidence to back up your claim that I am located in Tasmania?
On an unrelated not, this post loses points on readability and relavance to the target audience.
Also, incinimate is a legal term I am unfamiliar with, so I hope its nothing serious.

I move to amend the rules of the Duel to discount any future blog entries of which the 'bulk' of the entry or the main subject matter is about the said Duel as a valid part of the Duel betwixt Taf The (Non)Londoner and The Scarlet Teapot. This will make for more original and possibly enlightening content but less blood unfortunately. Mr Blogjudicator could you please consider this proposal. Thankyou, the defence rests.
ps. Forthwith, my learn-ed friend, hereby and waffle-waffle guff guff. See you don't need to be a lawyer to sound legal but it helps. (unless you get a really stupid judge)
Re: The Duel entered into between the Scarlet Teapot in the first part and the author in the second part.
Pertaining to the proposals in the preceding comment, I would submit that the challenge presented by the party in the first part did not in of itself contain nor make reference to any rules, nor was it phrased in such a manner so as to suggest inherent rules, whereby any duel resulting from the said challenge would be subject to and governed by such rules.
I would further submit that such absence prevents any amendment as proposed by the party in the first part as there are no rules that could be subject to amendment.
However, without prejudice to the foregoing and in the best interests of the elucidation of the matter at hand I am willing to agree to the submissions of the party in the first part.
Yes, well that is agreed then. Mentioning the duel explicitly in future posts will result in a loss of points. The teapot made a very good point. The comment made by the other one was just a load of codswallop.
Further points awarded to the teapot (but lets check that blog to see how its going...)
In light of the above, I would further submit that the blogducator is a sissy lady-man with great pendulous man-boobs.
